03 Oct Catch Them ALL, Pokémon Go in Miami
If you are one of the Millions of people trying to catch them all by playing Pokémon Go, you have probably found that some areas are better for the game than others. Luckily for Miami residents there are plenty of Pokémon, Pokéstops, and gyms to keep everyone moving quickly towards their goal of catching them all!
Pokémon Go at Coral Gables
Coral Gables is crawling with Pokémon and Pokéstops. There is a Pokéstop inside of Books & Books that frequently has a lure on it drawing the little pocket monsters in. There are three Pokéstops next to the Coral Gables Museum, and the walk down to Miracle Mile helps you to hatch your eggs. Get your group together and walk through the Coral Gables area, while you are there support the local business that are hosts to these great Pokéstops!
The Fountain at Florida International University
The Fountain at Florida International University has four Pokéstops that you can hit all from one spot. This is a great place to use your lures and catch all the Pokémon that come in while restocking your Pokéballs every 5 minutes on each Pokéstop! If you want to venture away from the fountain, there are also a few gyms in the area. While rare Pokémon are rarely spotted around the fountain, there have been some sightings of the rarer Pokémon around the rest of the campus. The University of Miami also is crawling with Lures and Pokémon, so maybe just have a day of visiting colleges!
Other Places in Miami to Play Pokémon Go
There are many other places around Miami that are crawling with Pokéstops and Pokémon. The bridge at Town & Country is crawling with Pokéstops. The Beaches are all crawling with Pokémon and many rare hard to find Pokémon have been located on many of Miami’s shoreline.
